MAGG Capital was born from the union of two Real Estate entrepreneurs, with extensive experience in the real estate world. Our main goal is to achieve returns above the market average. To accomplish this, we have a team of professionals that allows us to execute each operation individually, on a case-by-case basis, with a high degree of sustainability and efficiency in terms of time and costs. We focus on value-add projects in prime residential or tourist locations, and in areas with a significant upward trend, allowing for an increase in value through the transformation and commissioning of the asset.

Graduated in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica and holds a diploma in Business Administration from UNED. Strategic, Business, and Technology Consulting for 9 years. Since 2011, President of the SmartRental Group, a company managing real estate assets (Hotels, AATT, hostels, co-livings, etc.) with operations throughout Spain. Investor and manager of Real Estate projects since 2014. Companies: Banco Espíritu Santo, Accenture.

Óliver García Leo

Graduated in Business Administration from CUNEF (Number 1 in his promotion, National Award for Excellence) and Law.
BCG Boston Consulting Group: Strategic Consulting for five years.

General Director, and Head of Tax and Legal of an economic group with more than 100M turnover, dedicated to the Meat and Real Estate sectors for the last 20 years.

Ignacio Erdosain

PA in Real Estate Asset Management from iE, Master in Real Estate Business Management from UNED, and MBA from Cerem School.

More than 25 years of experience in developing and managing residential, tertiary, and retail construction projects.

Felipe Ivars

INVESTMENT MANAGER

Graduated in Business Administration and Law from the University of Valencia, with exchange studies at Copenhagen Business School. He has experience in investing and managing Real Estate and debt assets, as a Portfolio Manager, as well as in strategic consulting. Specialized in financial analysis and operation structuring, he has advanced training in Real Estate financial modelling and an international profile with experience in Spain and Switzerland.

CHIEF OF STAFF

Business coordination. Management of complex projects and strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders in various sectors and multinational companies, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Hospitality.
